10th anniversary of Costa Rica event to feature brilliant, retail-quality imprinted apparel demonstrating possibilities of eco-friendly merchandise on demand

 

Kornit Digital will be providing Envision Festival 2020 with responsibly-produced digital direct-to-garment (DTG)-imprinted apparel befitting the event’s status as a celebration of self-expression and eco-friendly values. This effort, a co-branded partnership between Kornit, Cotton Heritage, and Regatta Apparel Group (a subsidiary of Garment Gear), reflects a commitment to Envision’s 7 “pillars” of Sustainability, Music, Spirituality, Movement, Health, Art, and Education.

Described by The Huffington Post as “a heaven of creation, inspiring love through music, dance, yoga, art, healthy living, and sustainability,” Envision will unfold February 17-24 in Costa Rica. Welcoming attendees of all ages from around the world, the festival includes live musical performances, educational workshops, recreational activities and tours, spa services, and more. Kornit Digital will ensure apparel sold on premises is graphically brilliant, retail-ready, and waste-free.

According to Jennifer Smith, Founder and President of Envision Festival partner Community Carbon Trees, “If we are truly to create lasting solutions to the environmental problems facing the planet, we have to do more than plant trees for global warming.”

The global market increasingly demands its merchandise meets rigorous sustainability standards, making environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternatives such as non-toxic dyes and digital printing great values for the industry. Printing with Kornit means zero water waste and avoiding excess manufacturing of unpurchased apparel.
