About The Position
We are looking for a motivated team player supporting our European Application team by operating and maintaining the Experience Center, including all the system installed, performing operational tasks, producing samples, operating the systems during demonstrations both in the Experience Center and Trade Shows, supporting the Application Specialists in system testing activities.
As an Customer Experience Center (showroom) and Trade Show Operator you are responsible for the maintenance of the installed systems including all periodic maintenance procedures (daily to yearly), the replacement of consumables and some spare parts.
You will be given periodical training on systems evolution and upon release of new systems.
- Clean and maintain the installed systems in the KDEU Showroom (customer experience center)
- Clean system before and after shift
- Replacing printheads and other parts
- Perform calibration routine on the systems
- Maintain consumable’s status of all systems
- Document environmental status
- Any other daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planned maintenance routine
- Maintain and organize storages: Application, Marketing and Operations
- Organize garment and fabric storage
- Deal with fabric and garment deliveries
- Keep track of garment and fabric usage/ documentation
- Sample production and demonstrations
- Operate systems during sample production
- Print jobs according to recommendations of Application team
- Folding of samples, attaching hangtags, and packaging of sample kits
- Operate system during Trade Shows
- Assist in development and testing task
- Perform wash according to recommendations of Application team
- Assist in test procedures
Requirements
You bring relevant experience as printing systems operator and maintenance technician of printing systems. You are able to run production on industrial printing systems, check the quality of the output, detect anomalies in the systems and put in place the relevant corrective actions. You are also able to replace parts and overall maintain the systems.
Preferably, you have also experience in fashion industry.
You are dynamic, hands on, do not hesitate to fulfill physical task, willing to travel up to 30% and you are fluent in German and English spoken and written.
