Kornit Digital Europe is looking for an internal, full time telemarketer.
80% of the time spent on making actual calls and documentation, 20% of the time on CRM maintenance and reporting. We are looking for an experienced calling agent, English and at least one additional southern European language will be a must.
- Represent Kornit Digital and its products in a professional manner to its customers and prospects
- Develop a thorough understanding of Kornit Digital’s products and value proposition
- Effectively hold a telephone conversation with a prospect in a relaxed, casual, and consultative manner in which the Lead Generation Specialist is able to explain the value of Kornit Digital’s solutions
- Execute cold-calling activities and proactive lead-research
- Keep accurate logs of the calls using salesforce.com, along with supplying any type of additional documentation requested by the manager
- Develop a basic understanding of the textile industry and the product/services this market provides at both a traditional and all digital printing company
- Develop and improve a thorough working knowledge of salesforce.com
- Maintain and exceed the call quotas as measured on a daily/monthly/annual basis
- Maintain and exceed the sales opportunity creation quotas as measured on a monthly/annual basis
- Take personal responsibility for the rapid resolution of prospect requests and call backs.
