Strategic Accounts Manager

About The Position

The Strategic Accounts Manager manages the business, operational, and strategic aspect of the strategic accounts and maintains and expands long term relationships with assigned customers. The incumbent is responsible for assigned strategic account objectives, which includes driving results through retention and growth of contract revenue value. This position requires the ability to deal with highly complex problems requiring in-depth analysis, evaluation, and conceptual thinking in a rapidly growing, dynamic environment. The Strategic Account Success Manager must be able to assess and make recommendations to drive toward company objectives. This position reports directly to Strategic Accounts Director.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Manage the ongoing daily communication with the client, from Sales, Order Management, Operations, and Finance, to special projects, and long-term strategy.

• Manage and coordinate cross organizational projects, that include R&D, Product, Applications, and Marketing teams from the Company’s HQ.

• Develops a deep understanding of our customers’ business and goals and makes recommendations to meet those goals using our solutions.

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

• Works with Director of Strategic Accounts to coordinate reporting, activities, onsite visits, quarterly business reviews (QBR’s), forecasting, and planning processes used within the organization.

• Manages and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.

• Responsible for achievement of performance objectives for KDNA, and achievement of strategic objectives as defined by the leadership team.

• Use available data and metrics to make informed decisions and uncover potential missed opportunities.

• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.

• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.

• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company objectives

Organizational Alignment:

• Works with Customer Support, Operations, Finance, Order Management, Marketing, and Human Resources and any other internal key stakeholders as-needed to build peer support and strong internal-company relationships.

Physical Demands

• Able to travel roughly up to 30% of the time. 

• Valid Passport and Driver’s License 

• Able to travel throughout the United States and overseas.

• Live within 1 hour of a major airport 

• Be able to lift 25+ lbs



Requirements


• BA in Business, Finance, Law or other business-related program from top schools; MBA or other business-related MA degree is an advantage

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Management in Technology company/ Management Consulting/ Business development/ B2B sales in Technology company

• Proven ability to develop Account Management / Customer Success strategies, tactics and techniques based on the feedback of the customer and market environment.

• Experience in developing business models and financing models, to enable sales, and account’s growth.

• Significant analysis experience in Excel with impeccable attention to detail

• Highly skilled in PowerPoint with experience building presentations for senior management / executives

• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation and consensus building

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present detailed analysis in a clear, concise, and actionable manner

• Ability to function with ambiguity and to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Hebrew speaking would be a great advantage, but not required
