We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Pro who will connect the dots between solution knowledge, product marketing and sales execution and help the sales team sell better from the time each rep is brought on board and going forward.

Equip our sellers with effective and efficient tools and any support that they need to maximize productivity.

What will you do?

  • Facilitate the creation of sales and marketing content and collateral to act as the “fuel” for the sales process by understanding the "field" needs.
  • Define & maintain sales team knowledge level to ensure they are competent & meet Kornit’s standard of selling.
  • Develop learning paths for new hires and existing sales employees.
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis within the global sales organization & translate it into actionable deliverables
  • Implement a new LMS – track pre-work & training completion, set metrics and activities to engage the teams.
  • Align with corporate marketing, product management and go to market functions to maximize speed of delivery and effectiveness of identified training and development initiatives


What should you have?

  • Exceptional communication skills, a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Learning management and development experience of at least 3-5 years – the ability to develop and execute virtual and instructor-led programs and training
  • Experience in instructional design, eLearning and social learning tools and concepts
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence dispersed teams
  • Sales enablement background & experience are a HUGE advantage
  • Experience with utilizing or deploying a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Passionate about training and coaching –
  • Highly articulate with marketing and business acumen
  • Excellent English – verbal & writing – a must, other languages - an advantage
