About The Position

Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries looking for OD & Learning Director

Reports to: VP HR

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

Lead the Global OD and Learning domain, translating the business strategy into HR strategy.

Main areas of responsibility:

  •  Establishing global OD & learning infrastructure on a company level – concepts, strategies, processes and tools
  • Leading End to End OD & Learning initiatives and programs from gap analysis to best practices solutions
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet business needs and program goals.
  •  Manage and globally facilitate OD routines and activities such as: Company Culture, Leadership Development, Talent Management (succession planning, 360 etc), Performance Management, Career Development, managerial forums, organizational analysis and surveys etc.
  •  Define learning strategy that focuses on professional excellence, employees’ development, infrastructure for global learning and solutions that promotes professional expertise in the company’s core areas.
  • Manage OD budget & and vendors contra Main areas of responsibility as OD
  • Support the OD aspect within post- merger integration e.g. leadership, culture, sensing processes, collaboration. repeating earlier sentences
  • Provides consultative services to the business units.
  • Integrate all internal training and learning activities and gives professional support to the training & knowledge mangers within the units
  •  Professional mentor to the HRBP globally on all OD aspects


  •  5+ years relevant experience as OD & learning manager in a mid- large high tech corporate global company – a must.
  •  Experience in planning and implementing E2E corporate HR processes on large scales
  • High level of execution and speed – thrive in an agile quickly changing environment,
  • Experience in managing performance review processes.
  • Master’s degree in behavioral science / Organizational consulting
  • Experience in facilitating workshops
  • Experience in implementing a blend learning approach
  • Able to work in a cross-cultural environment with a global mind-set and matrix interactions.
  • Creative, initiative and eager to deliver “state of the art” ideas and solutions
  • Collaborative / team player
  •  High level of English – a must.
