- Accountability for Kornit customers and channels experience and satisfaction.
- Responsible for the overall service delivery for Kornit customers and channels according to SLA/contracts.
- Drive service revenues, contracts penetration through common practices and guidance of EMEA leadership.
- Manage team performance and expenses. Provides coaching and sets the tone for engagement.
- Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues.
- Understand and drive specific actions to decrease on-site visits and material consumption to achieve budget targets.
- Lead and support working council discussions, together with HR.
- Drive up to date knowledge updates and close knowledge gaps in the field.
- Support business escalation efforts with technical analysis
