Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries, is looking for a Business Development Director

Reports to: VP Marketing & Product Strategy

At Kornit we’re well aware of the impact our solutions have on the world’s leading brands. We’re seeking a qualified business development leader to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. 

The BD leader will manage Business Development activities, commercial projects origination, opportunity qualification activities and long-term relationships and account management activities with the world’s leading brands and top industry players.

The leader will be responsible for creating business partnerships with brands and will lead planning and execution of Kornit’s growth strategies.

General Description

  • The Business Development Director will be responsible to identify, create and develop new and significant market and business opportunities to support Kornit’s long-term strategic goals and financial growth
  • Define and execute business development strategy across product lines, geographies and market segments
  • Identify and develop new global accounts & brands in accordance with Kornit GTM strategy and create a significant revenue stream, directly supporting Kornit’s financial growth objectives
  • Identify and create new market opportunities to leverage existing and future product offering, in accordance with Kornit’s business and GTM strategy
  • Create global alliances and partnerships with industry leaders, to establish and support market positioning
  • Define , establish and execute the company’s BD strategy and supporting cross-company processes, methods and organization
  • Manage the day-to-day global BD activities and secure wins of strategic opportunities
  • Lead joint projects with global partners and accounts
  • Build strong relationships with sales, customers and partners, to drive regular meetings and enable technical and business cooperation
  • Be responsible for all aspects of managing strategic global accounts


  • R5+ years of experience in large-scale B2B account management and/or sales
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development Management or similar partnership roles (optional)
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary company
  • Proven experience in building effective relationship across organization with account teams and product Engineering/Product Marketing
  • Ability to manage indirectly and drive projects to successful completion
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English skills
  • Willing to travel at least 40% of the position
  • Proven experience in the fashion and apparel industry is advantageous
