Teams of local Field Service Engineers ensure that our customers are empowered to handle basic technical issues and support them on more challenging matters. Our local Service Application and Aftermarket teams help our customers reach the maximum system potential.
The Customer Success team in Israel works closely with the technical teams in the regions, supporting and empowering them remotely and on the field. This team also works in close collaboration with R&D teams, from the product alpha stage to post-launch, handling continuous product improvements. The Knowledge Management team ensures that our engineers are equipped with top notch technical knowledge.
