Mr. Ronen Samuel

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Ronen has over 25 years of profound business management experience in various international and multicultural organizations. Ronen has held the position of CEO at Kornit since 1/8/2018.

Prior to joining Kornit, Ronen held several leadership positions at HP over the past 18 years, starting in various strategic marketing roles for the HP Indigo division responsible for defining and managing the current and future platforms of HP Indigo. Ronen’s passion to customers lead him to relocate to Singapore to lead the Indigo & PageWide presses Divisions in Asia Pacific and Japan, where he developed the business to become one of the fastest growing businesses within HP and in the region. He played an instrumental role in scaling up the business from a start-up to a mature and profitable one and was the Vice President and GM of the HP Indigo and WebWide presses business across EMEA and managed to rapidly grow the business.

Ronen has strong and proven experience in managing multiple P&L’s for different business units dealing with mature and emerging products and markets in complex organizations with direct sales force and indirect channels across different regions. One of his key strength is developing new business models and market opportunities.

Ronen is a hands-on, passionate and strong leader, a true team player, who drives consistent (over)achievement of plans and a strong execution.

He holds a BA Business Administration, LL.B. Law and an MBA from Northwestern University / Kellogg School of Management.

Prior to his professional business career Ronen served as a pilot in the Israel Air Force.

Mr. Assaf Zipori

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Assaf was appointed Chief Financial Officer in December 2025 and brings more than 20 years of financial, strategic, and operational leadership experience across the technology and manufacturing sectors, with deep experience in capital markets execution, disciplined M&A, cost optimization, and driving sustained top-line growth and profitability.
Most recently, he served as Global CFO of Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM) following its acquisition of Markforged Holding Corporation (NYSE: MKFG), where he also served as CFO. He previously held senior financial leadership roles at Component Control, Amdocs, and Retalix, which was later acquired by NCR Corporation. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst and Young and KPMG, advising global clients across technology and industrial markets.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lubin School of Business, and a Master of Science in Finance from Baruch College.

Mr. Kobi Mann

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Kobi has served as our CTO, Chief Technology Officer, since January 2020, prior to that he has held the position of VP Consumables & Application development since September 2017.

Kobi Mann joined Kornit in 2004 as an R&D Chemist and has held core technology roles. As one of Kornit’s founders he brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Inkjet Technology. Kobi has played a critical role in the design and the execution of core projects and processes in the company. During his tenure at Kornit, he has managed and led R&D Chemistry, technology groups, transfer to production, Print heads and QA as well as lead Kornit’s Ink plant design.

Prior to his executive, Kobi has held several managerial positions including Business Development of Consumables and Director of Global Application, an arena he established in Kornit
Kobi holds a B.Sc. Chemistry and Executive MBA – Both from Bar Ilan university.

Mr. Danny Gazit

Chief Product Officer (CPO)

Danny joined Kornit as Vice President of the Direct-to-Fabric business in 2019, more recently leading the Global Customer Success organization.
He brings more than 20 years of experience spanning various business, technical, and operational leadership positions within global technology organizations. Prior to joining Kornit, Danny was VP of Professional Service and Delivery at TEOCO, and served as Vice President of Global Services at Comverse.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. David Tomer

Chief of Operations (COO)

David Tomer serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kornit Digital, leading the company’s global Operations and Customer Success organization. He oversees manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle, with a focus on operational excellence, scalability, and sustainable customer growth.
David brings over two decades of leadership experience across manufacturing, global operations, new product introduction, quality systems, and business management. He has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving measurable business impact in complex, technology-driven environments.
Prior to joining Kornit, David spent nearly 20 years at HP, including serving as General Manager of HP Scitex and previously as COO of the division. In these roles, he led global operations and business performance initiatives, delivering operational transformation and sustained growth.
David combines operational rigor with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that operational excellence directly translates into long-term customer success and value creation.

Mrs. Ayelet Oryan Godard

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Ayelet Oryan Godard joined Kornit in 2014 as EVP Human Resources and is now holding the position of Kornit Chief Human Resources Officer

She brings to Kornit vast multicultural HR experiences from a number of different senior management roles in HR.

Prior to joining Kornit, she held senior and Director-level positions in HR in some of Israel’s largest companies including Orbotech’s (Nasdaq: ORBK) flat panel display business unit; Tnuva, as HR Director and HR business partner of the dairy business unit; and Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX), in field, HQ and as Director of Strategic HR Projects. Prior to joining Amdocs she worked for five years at Pilat consulting as an HR organizational consultant and dealt with all aspects of HR Management.

She holds a BA in Behavioral Science and an MA in Organization Psychology.

Mr. Ronen Yancu

President of Kornit Americas

Ronen Yancu assumed the role of President of Kornit Digital Americas in July 2026.
Prior to that he served as the VP of Business Management and Marketing for KDAM since he joined Kornit in February 2024. Ronen initiated the creation of the Konnections customer community, that already includes hundreds of customers, partners, and demand generators.

Ronen brings close to 3 decades of senior leadership experience in Finance, Business Management, Product, Marketing, Strategy and Sales. His passion is leveraging technologies to create unforgettable experiences.
Ronen’s track record includes transforming and managing large B2B businesses and complex global Go-To-Market organizations, maximizing shareholders’ value through setting a clear long-term strategy, side by side with a creative, daring and customer focused execution. He transforms and builds teams with a deep culture of excellence based on empowerment, talent development, ultimately delivering scalable profitable growth. Ronen believes in a pragmatic and agile approach to business management, one that enables adjustments and bold moves on the go even within large global corporate environments.

Prior to Kornit, Ronen served 21 years in various leadership roles in HP Inc., across Americas and globally. In his last position, Ronen served as the Chief Revenue Officer for the Industrial Print Division, overseeing a $1.5B business. In this position Ronen led over 300 employees globally between Current Business Management, Business OPS, Ink Sales, Product Management, GTM Category, Strategic Mktg, GTM Strategy, Pricing and Sales Comp. In this capacity, Ronen also led some of the largest and most historic deals in the Industrial Digital Print industry.

In his free time, Ronen loves to spend time with his wife and 3 kids, hike and travel the world.

Mr. Guy Yaniv

President of Kornit EMEA

Guy Yaniv assumed the role of KDEU President at Kornit Digital on February 20th, 2024.

With extensive experience as the Chief Revenue Officer at Plentific, Guy has led initiatives across Financial Services, Telco, Media, and Retail, driving B2B Change Management through digital transformation.

Prior to Plentific, Guy served as Chief Business Officer at LiveU, contributing to accelerated growth and profitability. His extensive career includes over 16 years of leadership roles at Nasdaq-listed enterprises NICE and Comverse, as well as a stint as CEO at Arkivum, a leading UK SaaS company. Throughout his career, Guy has demonstrated a keen focus on formulating and executing growth strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and driving value through customer-facing initiatives and acquisitions.

Guy holds a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Manchester.

Mr. Guy Yaniv

Mr. Tomer Artzi

President of Kornit Asia Pacific

Tomer Artzi is Kornit Digital Asia Pacific President starting January 2023.
Tomer joined Kornit Digital as Director of Direct-to-Garment in 2015, responsible for developing and delivering all proprietary Kornit DTG technologies. He then served as VP of Customer Success for Kornit's Asia Pacific division and General Manager for China operations based in Hong Kong. Most recently, Tomer served as global VP for Direct-to-Fabric, based in our New Jersey office.
Before joining Kornit, Tomer served in a wide range of research and development (R&D) and customer-facing roles with global companies spanning from the printing industry (HP Indigo) to the semiconductor industry (Applied Materials).
Tomer holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies.
