Gabi Seligsohn has held the CEO position at Kornit Digital since April 2014.
Prior to joining Kornit, Gabi spent 15 years at Nova Measuring Instruments (Nasdaq: NVMI), holding several key positions ranging from sales, business development and global business management. He served as Nova’s President & CEO from 2006-2013. Under his leadership, Nova underwent a strategic transformation to become a highly profitable, leading-edge equipment supplier to the semiconductor industry. Before Nova, he spent two years as Sales Manager for key financial accounts at Digital Equipment Corporation. During his tenure there he led the transformation of the Tel-Aviv Stock exchange from a frontal trading floor to an online trading platform.
In 2010, Mr. Seligsohn was voted CEO of the Year for the Israeli high-tech industry by the Israeli Institute of Management. During 2011 he was also ranked 3rd in a survey of Israel’s Financial Market, conducted by Israel’s leading financial daily newspaper, covering Israel’s 100 largest publicly traded companies’ CEOs,
He also serves as a Director on the Board of Directors of DSPG Inc. (Nasdaq: DSPG).
Gabi Seligsohn holds an LLB. Law degree with Honors from Reading University, England.
Guy Avidan has served as CFO since November 2014.
From July 2010 until November 2014, Mr. Avidan served as Chief Financial Officer of AudioCodes Ltd. (“AudioCodes”) (NASDAQ: AUDC). Prior to joining AudioCodes, Mr. Avidan served for 15 years in various managerial positions, including Co-President at MRV Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: MRVC), a global provider of optical communications network infrastructure equipment and services. While at MRV Communications, he served as Chief Financial Officer between 2007 and 2009, Vice President and General Manager of MRV International from 2001 to 2007. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Avidan served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ace North Hills, which was acquired by MRV Communications.
Mr. Avidan is a CPA in Israel and holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University in Israel.
Nuriel Amir Ph.D. joined Kornit Digital as CTO in July 2016.
Dr. Amir brings with him 29 years of semiconductor technology experience, of which the last 19 years are in the industry. His industry career started with 11 years at Intel both in Israel and US, at the fields of R&D, transfer-to-production, process integration, yield, device, labs and Q&R, finally as Yield Department Manager. Later, in Numonyx and Micron, he served as the R&D Director, leading the technology development and transfer-to-production of 45nm flash NOR technology. In the last four and a half years, prior to joining Kornit, he served KLA-Tencor as Technology Director focusing on application development and marketing.
He received his Ph. D. in 1997 from the microelectronic research center at the Electrical Engineering Faculty at the Technion, and since then he has taught at several universities and colleges. Dr. Amir has 20 patent applications and over 40 publication including talks at SPIE.
Gilad Yron joined Kornit as Executive VP of Global Business in May 2016.
Gilad brings to Kornit years of experience in varied leadership positions as well as extended knowledge of the Asian Pacific industry market. Prior to joining Kornit Digital, Gilad held the position of Senior VP of Products at Stratasys. His previous positions with Stratasys included VP Business Development and strategic alliances and Managing Director of Asia Pacific and Japan, operating out of Hong Kong. Previous to being the MD for the APJ region, Gilad was service manager for Nur Macroprinters which later became part of HP.
He holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University.
Haggai joined Kornit in 2016 as VP Product Development.
With 17 years of experience in the digital printing world, Haggai brings tremendous knowledge and skill to the team. He specializes in managing the development of complex and large scale systems in digital printing.
Prior to Kornit, Haggai worked his way up the ranks at HP-Indigo. Beginning as a mechanical designer, he went on to manage Indigo’s flagship printing system from concept to product and market adoption. Haggai also managed Indigo’s technical field support organization in EMEA, located in Maastricht, Netherlands. Haggai has also served as VP of Products and R&D at Alpha-Bio Tec, a leading medical device and dental implants company.
Haggai holds B.Sc. cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Technion- IIT, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an executive MBA from the Recanati program in Tel Aviv University. He has served as a lecturer on the subject of complex program management at an Israeli college and has 5 US registered patents under his name.
Omer Kulka has held the position of VP Marketing & Product Strategy at Kornit Digital since July 2017.
Omer joined Kornit in 2011 with years of extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, holding positions spanning R&D to Marketing and Business Management. Since joining Kornit he has held several managerial positions at the company including Director of the Wide-format division and Director of Product Marketing.
Omer holds a BSc in Computer Science, a BA in Philosophy and an MA in History and Philosophy of Sciences and Ideas from Tel Aviv University.
Kobi Mann has held the position of VP Consumables & Application development since September 2017.
Kobi Mann joined Kornit in 2004 as an R&D Chemist and has held core technology roles. As one of Kornit’s founders he brings over 13 years of experience in the field of Inkjet Technology. Kobi has played a critical role in the design and the execution of core projects and processes in the company. During his tenure at Kornit, he has managed and led R&D Chemistry, technology groups, transfer to production, Print heads and QA as well as lead Kornit’s Ink plant design.
Over the past 5 years, Kobi has held several managerial positions including Business Development of Consumables and Director of Global Application, an arena he established in Kornit .
Kobi holds a B.Sc. Chemistry and Executive MBA – Both from Bar Ilan university.
Ilan Givon joined Kornit Digital as VP Operations in September 2017.
Ilan brings to Kornit over 20 years of executive management experience in a wide range of operational fields.
Prior to joining Kornit Digital he led the Operations of Spectra Physics Lasers Israel – an MKS Instruments company. He joined Spectra Physics after more than eight years (2006-2014) as the VP Operations at Radvision, where he managed the operations teams through successful product introductions, lean manufacturing projects, global ERP systems deployment & two mergers & acquisitions, the last one being Avaya Telecom acquiring Radvision in 2012.
Prior to joining Radvison, Ilan served as the Corporate Vice President of strategic accounts at M-Systems, a leading manufacturer of personal data storage solutions. Before joining M-Systems, Ilan established & led the operations activities of two start-up companies.
Ilan spent ten years at Intel Corporation, both in Israel and the U.S. in several senior executive positions in operations, including as the Fab-18 Site Materials & Procurement manager throughout its startup phase.
Ilan holds a B.A. degree in Economics & Political Science from Tel-Aviv University, and graduated from the Hebrew University Executive Business School Program.
Amir Shaked-Mandel has held the position of VP Corporate Development since October 2017.
Amir joins Kornit with more than 17 years of business development experience in the global high-tech industry.
Prior to Kornit, Amir spent over 8 years with NICE Ltd (NASDAQ: NICE) and was part of the management team that transformed NICE into becoming a global leader in software solutions for customer experience and compliance. In his latest role, Amir served as VP Head of Business Operations and VP Head of Channel Sales in the Americas. Prior to that, he served in senior Corporate Development roles at NICE, most recently as the VP Head of M&A and Inbound Partnerships. Amir has been involved in dozens of acquisitions, partnerships and other non-organic activities during his tenure at NICE, which led to a significant expansion of NICE’s portfolio and business.
Prior to NICE, Amir held senior roles at Athlone Global Security and at Amdocs (NYSE: DOX), most recently as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, driving growth through diverse cross-border inorganic initiatives.
Amir started his career as a technology investment banker on Wall Street. He holds a BA in Economics and Management (Cum Laude) and an MBA (Major: Finance).
Ayelet Oryan Godard joined Kornit in 2014 as VP Human Resources.
She brings to Kornit vast multicultural HR experiences from a number of different senior management roles in HR.
Prior to joining Kornit, she held senior and Director-level positions in HR in some of Israel’s largest companies including Orbotech’s (Nasdaq: ORBK) flat panel display business unit; Tnuva, as HR Director and HR business partner of the dairy business unit; and Amdocs (Nasdaq: DOX), in field, HQ and as Director of Strategic HR Projects. Prior to joining Amdocs she worked for five years at Pilat consulting as an HR organizational consultant and dealt with all aspects of HR Management.
She holds a BA in Behavioral Science and an MA in Organization Psychology.
