Kornit continues to stand strong with customers, partners and employees despite the unprecedented acts of violence in Israel.
We are here to answer any open questions raised by our customers and partners.
- How could Kornit’s R&D team and product launch roadmap be impacted by the Israel-Hamas conflict? We are committed to maintaining business continuity, including R&D and product launches, and timely service for our customers. We will update investors if changes to our operations or ability to serve our customers become material.
- How does the conflict impact Kornit’s ability to supply their customers with ink and service in the upcoming peak season?Kornit has the ink and parts already in our operating regions to meet the needs of our customers throughout the upcoming peak season. Based on our estimates, we expect to supply our customers with all of the products necessary to meet demand during the Q4 peak season. We are also being proactive with our service operations to ensure the continuity of our customer’s operations. We do not expect our customers to experience any disruptions in their daily interactions with Kornit.
- How is the manufacturing of Kornit’s systems and consumables impacted by the conflict in Israel? Both our ink plant and our system contract manufacturers are located in Israel. These facilities and our offices across the country are operational and focused on ensuring uninterrupted support and supply chain fulfillment.
- Are Israel-based employees at Kornit able to work in the office? If not, are Kornit’s operations able to function properly in a work-from-home environment?
Kornit employees are more than capable of working in the office or at home, as was seen during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021. - Does the ongoing conflict have any impact on the ability of Kornit employees to attend industry conferences like Printing United? We are actively monitoring the impact that the conflict in Israel has on travel in and out of the country, and we will adhere to travel restrictions and advisories to protect our employees. The conferences we plan to attend in the coming months are primarily located outside of Israel, and we often bring employees from various regions to staff the shows. We do not expect any disruption in the ability of our customers or prospective customers to see Kornit equipment or speak with Kornit representatives.
In conclusion, Kornit is fully committed to the uninterrupted success of our business, customers, and community – and we do not expect customers to expect any disruptions. Our operations, including R&D and production facilities, are fully functional and we’re dedicated to maintaining business continuity and timely service. We have strong reserves across all operating regions to meet demand throughout the upcoming peak season and beyond.
We wish to thank our customers, partners, and the entire community for the thousands of messages of support and love. As Albert Einstein once said, ‘the world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything.”
